In layman's terms...what artist rule do you break? Your style, what sets it a part from other people, is really about all the rule(s) you break. This is something people can expect from you. It's the human problem solver. You're trying to recreate life from your own unique perspective. Your brain working over time to see the world and later, present it.
I say this because even those with hyper realistic art have a style. And some of the best are the ones who know this exact principle. Even if it's just breaking one rule. Perhaps its color, or maybe it's line density, or even it can be the type of shading you use.
Style is such a human problem. It's a human problem because we all will always have one. No matter what point in your art journey you're at. Why do you think it changes? As you grow, so does your style.
It's beautiful, isn't it?
